Mehler反应在大豆叶片耗散过剩光能中的作用

摘要

以大豆为试材,将O~(.)_(2)产率作为Mehler反应的间接指标,通过引入光合碳同化抑制剂碘乙酸胺(iodoacetamide,IA)和O~(.)_(2)清除剂没食子酸丙酯(n-propyl gallate,PG),观测分析了田间大豆叶片气体交换参数、荧光参数、叶绿素含量和O~(.)_(2)产率的变化,着重探讨Mehler反应在强光胁迫下防御光破坏的作用。

Abstract

It is suggested that the roles of Mehler reaction in protection from photodamage of the photosynthetic apparatus was limited in soybean leaves under natural strong light in the fields.
