摘要
MAPK激活在AngⅡ导致的心肌肥大反应中具有重要作用,MKP-1通过使活化的MAPK去磷酸化而使MAPK失活,从而参与对心肌肥大反应的调节。

Abstract
The results demonstrate that activation of MAPK plays an important role in Ang II-induced cardiomyocyte hypertrophic response in neonatal rat cardiomyocytes through MKP-1 mediated inactivation of p44MAPK and p42MAPK.
