豚鼠主动脉前庭自发性慢反应电位去极离子流的初步分析

摘要
应用常规的玻璃微电极细胞内记录技术,用离子通道阻断剂,初步分析了主动脉前庭部位慢反应自律细胞0相和4相的去极离子流。
An analysis of ionic flow of spontaneous slow action potential of guinea pig aortic vestibule

Abstract
Spontaneous slow action potentials of aortic vestibule of isolated guinea pig heart were intracellularlly recorded. Electrophysiological parameters examined are: maximal diastolic potential (MDP), amplitude of action potential (APA), maximal rate of depolarization of phase 0 (V_(max)), velocity of diastolic depolarization of phase 4 (VDD), duration of 50% and 90% repolarization (APD_(50) and APD_(90)) and rate of pacemaker firing (RPF).
