钙调神经磷酸酶在血管紧张素Ⅱ刺激的心脏成纤维细胞增殖中的作用

摘要

血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)(10~(-7) mol/L)刺激培养的大鼠心脏成纤维细胞~(3)H-胸腺嘧啶掺入较对照组增高72%(P<0.01),环孢素A可以抑制AngⅡ刺激的细胞~(3)H-胸腺嘧啶掺入。AngⅡ刺激的大鼠心脏成纤维细胞胞内Ca~(2+)浓度及钙调神经磷酸酶活性较对照组分别增高112%(P<0.01)和17%(P<0.05)。

Abstract

~(3)H-TdR incorporation, activity of CaN and intracellular calcium concentration were measured. ~(3)H-TdR incorporation of Ang II-stimulated fibroblasts was 72% higher than control (P<0.01), which was inhibited by CsA (0.1-10 #mu#mol/L) in a dose-dependent manner. Intracellular Ca~(2+) level and CaN activity of Ang II-stimulated fibroblasts were respectively 112% (P<0.01) and 17% (P<0.05) higher than control.
