热休克蛋白、蛋白水解酶和磷酸酶在大鼠肝再生中的含量和活性变化

摘要

以2/3肝切除大鼠为模型,探讨了PH后酸性和碱性磷酸酶(ACP和AKP)、构成性热休克蛋白70/诱导性热休克蛋白68(HSC70/HSP68)、酸性和中性蛋白水解酶在肝再生期间(0-144h)的动态变化。结果提示,ACT和90kD中性蛋白水解酶可能参与激活G_(0)期肝细胞进入G_(1)期;AKP和HSC70/HSP68可能主要在DNA合成、细胞代谢和增殖方面起作用;27kD酸性蛋白水解酶可能在肝细胞再分化和肝组织重建中有一定作用。

Changes in the content and activity of HSC70/HSP68, proteinases and phosphatases during liver regeneration

Abstract

The ACP and the 90 kD neutral proteinase may participate in activating hepatocytes from G_(0)-phase into G_(1)-phase, and AKP and HSC70/HSP68 may play a role mainly in DNA synthesis, cellular metabolism and proliferation. Furthermore 27 kD acid proteinase may be involved in re-differentiation of hepatocytes and reconstruction of liver tissue.
