摘要
神经源性NOS可增强癫痫的发作,但延长其诱导期。穴位针刺可能通过降低nNOS水平,减少NO的生成而抑制癫痫发作。

Abstract
The propagation of penicillin-induced seizures is facilitated by nNOS, but with some increase in the latency and threshold of induction. Electroacupuncture may inhibit seizure through decreasing nNOS transcription in hippocampus.
