大鼠侧脑室注射神经降压素对血压的作用

摘要

脑中NT升高可使血压升高或降低;在NT引起升压反应的中枢环节中,有肾上腺素能#alpha#_(1)受体活动的参与;在NT引起降压反应的中枢环节中,有胆碱能M受体活动的参与。

Effect of intracerebroventricular neurotensin injection on blood pressure in rat

Abstract

Injection of neurotensin (NT) (10 and 20#mu#g/rat) into the lateral cerebroventricle (icv) could induce a rise or a drop of blood pressure and a slowing down of heart rate in urethane anaesthetized male rats (1.2g/kg). The central pressor and depressor response to NT could be respectively blocked by pretreatment with #alpha#_(1)-receptor blocker praxosin (1.5#mu#g/3#mu#l, icv) and M receptor blocker atropine (2.5#mu#g/3#mu#l, icv). No significant changes in central cardiovascular responses to NT were observed following pretreatment with either H_(1) receptor blocker chlorpheniramin (50#mu#g/3#mu#l, icv) or H_(2) receptor blocker cimetidine (250#mu#g/2#mu#l, icv).
