24-表油菜素内酯对盐藻细胞分裂的促进作用及与Ca~(2+)和钙调素的关系

摘要

外加24-表油菜素内酯(24-epiBL)无论在光下或暗中均可促进盐藻细胞分裂数的增加,激动素只在光下具有这种作用。外界Ca~(2+)浓度升高时,24-epiBL促进细胞分裂的效果更为明显,而EGTA可以抑制24-epiBL引起的促进作用。Verapamil、W_(7)、环己酰亚胺均可抑制盐藻细胞分裂。Ca~(2+)载体A_(23187)在低浓度(0.25#mu#mol/L)时具有促进分裂的作用。可以认为24-epiBL对低等单细胞藻类具有生理作用,并且,其促进盐藻细胞分裂的机制与激动素是不同的,它不仅与Ca~(2+)有关,而且与钙调素也有较密切的关系。

24-epibrassinolide promoting the cell division of Dunaliella salina relation to Ca~(2+) and calmodulin

Abstract

24-epibrassinolide was found to promote the cell division of Dunaliella salina, at a concentration as low as 0.005mg/L, with an optimal concentration at about 0.5mg/L. In contrast to kinetin, which is effective only in light, 24-epiBL could promote cell division both in light and in the dark. With Ca~(2+), EGTA, A_(23187), and Verapamil we found that the promoting of cell division by 24-epiBL was related to Ca~(2+) and Ca~(2+) channel. The depression effect of W_(7) indicates that the cell division of Dunaliella salina relates to calmodulin (CaM). These results may indicate that 24-epiBL could promote cell division of Dunaliella salina and has a different way from kinetin. Moreover, 24-epiBL has its effect on the cell division through increasing cytoplasm Ca~(2+) concentration. The results also imply that 24-epiBL regulated cell division through its effect on protein synthesis.
