Abstract
When the partially purified enzyme from leaves of Brassica campestris L. ssp. chinensis var. utilis was subjected to agarose plate electrophoresis to agarose plate electrophoresis in pH 8.3 buffer system, two activity spots were seen in electrophoretogram.
