肌醇磷脂信号途径参与胞外钙调素启动花粉萌发和花粉管伸长

摘要

通过药理学实验证实磷脂酰肌醇信使系统可能也参与了细胞外CaM的信号转导途径,并对细胞外Ca~(2+)内流及细胞内Ca~(2+)动员两者的作用及相互关系做了讨论。

The involvement of phosphoinositide signaling pathway in the initiatory effects of extracellular calmodulin on pollen germination and tube growth

Abstract

The above results suggest that phosphoinositide signaling pathway might be involved in the extracellular CaM signal transduction chain in the initiatory effects of extracellular CaM on pollen germination and tube growth.
