神经激肽-1(NK-1)受体介导福尔马林诱发的大鼠脊髓 c-fos表达

摘要

用Fos作为背角伤害性反应神经元活动的一个标志物,结合免疫细胞化学和神经药理学方法,观察了速激肽受体拮抗剂对福尔马林诱发的脊髓 c-fos原癌基因表达的影响。结果表明NK-1受体介导着福尔马林诱发的背角 c-fos原癌基因表达,强烈地提示NK-1受体在脊髓伤害性信息传递中起着重要作用。

Neurokinin-1 receptor mediated formalin-induced c-fos expression in the rat spinal cord

Abstract

In the present work, the effects of tachykinin receptor antagonists on formalin-induced c-fos expression in the rat spinal cord were studied by a combination of immunocytochemical and neuropharmacological methods. Results indicated that NK-1 receptor mediated formalin-induced c-fos expression in the spinal cord, suggesting NK-1 receptor might play an important role in the spinal transmission of nociceptive messages.
