热休克反应对培养的大鼠脑星形胶质细胞的保护作用及对其IL-6分泌的影响
摘要
热休克反应能增强星形胶质细胞对H_(2)O_(2)耐受力。热休克反应后6h,星形胶质细胞IL-6释放明显增多。结果提示,IL-6分泌的增加可能是热休克反应的细胞保护作用机制之一。

Abstract
Cell viability and cell membrane disruption of rat astrocyte after heat shock response (HSR) were assessed by the analysis of MTT reduction and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) release.
