强光及外源活性氧对莴苣叶绿素荧光的影响

摘要

莴苣叶绿体在强光处理下发生光抑制,主要表现为叶绿素荧光参数Fv/Fm和#PHI#PSII降低;外源活性氧H_(2)O_(2)、O~(.)_(2)、·OH和~(1)O_(2)均能引起叶绿体PSII光化学效率Fv/Fm不同程度的下降,其中以~(1)O_(2)影响最明显;H_(2)O_(2)在诱导叶绿体荧光猝灭过程中,引起荧光产量降低,而使q_(P)、q_(N)、#PHI#PSII、K_(D)上升;在H_(2O_(2)诱导的叶绿体荧光猝灭过程中,Fe~(2+)能使q_(N)和K_(D)低于对照;由于~(1)O_(2)的产生对PSII反应中心造成了损伤,引起q_(P)和#PHI#PSII下降。

The relationship between active oxygen species and photoinhibition in chloroplasts by using chlorophyll fluorescence technique has been studied.
