JA、ABA在海棠幼苗和枝条中的传输分布以及与水分的关系
摘要
发现JA在海棠的行径主要由韧皮部自上而下运输,ABA主要通过木质部由下向上运输。两者均对土壤水分变化敏感,水分亏缺会加速JA向下运输,促进ABA向上运输,推测JA下运除影响根系生长外,可能与根系对根际环境变化的感应以及根源ABA的合成有关。
The transport and distribution of JA and ABA in M. micromalus Makino and their relation to water in soil
Abstract
The transport and distribution of JA (jasmonic acid) and ABA (abscisic acid) in Malus micromalus Makino seedling and their responses to water in soil were studied by radioisotope technique. The results indicated that JA was transported mainly via the phloem from shoot to root and ABA mainly from root to shoot via xylem. The conclusion that both JA and ABA were sensitive to water deficiency can be drawn because their transport rates were increased with a decrease in soil moisture content.
