浑球红细菌 Rhodobacter sphaeroides吸氢酶( hup)基因簇的分离与鉴定

摘要

以 R.capsulatus的 hupS^L为探针,率先获得了 R. sphaeroides的吸氢酶基因簇,并证明了它与异源 hup基因突变株具有遗传互补能力,同时分析了其中的部分DNA序列。
