水稻细胞质雄性不育系与保持系的呼吸途径比较
摘要
比较水稻细胞质雄性不育系珍汕97A及其保持系珍汕97B之幼穗、叶片和花药的呼吸代谢。结果表明:不育系花药的总呼吸速率、抗氰呼吸所占总呼吸比例和细胞色素氧化酶(COD)、苹果酸脱氢酶(MDH)和6-磷酸葡萄糖脱氢酶(6-PGDH)活性低于保持系;幼穗中则仅6-PGDH低于保持系;叶片间各指标均无差异。Na_(3)PO_(4)可抑制保持系的叶片和幼穗及不育系叶片总呼吸的30%,而仅能抑制不育系幼穗总呼吸的24%;丙二酸则抑制不育系与保持系的叶片和幼穗的总呼吸的70%。
Comparison of respiratory pathways of CMS and its maintainer rice ( Oryza sativa L.)
Abstract
The respiration in panicle, leaf and anther of the cytoplasmic male sterile (CMS) rice Zhenshan 97A and in those of its maintainer fertile Zhenshan 97B was compared. The results showed that total respiratory rate (Vt) and the rate of alternative respiration (Valt) and activities of cytochrome oxidase (COD), malate dehydrogenase (MDH) and 6-phosphoglucose dehydrogenase (6-PGDH) in the anther of the sterile line were lower than those in the fertile line; but such differences were not found between the leaves of the sterile line and the fertile line, and only the activity of 6-PGDH was lower in the panicle of the sterile line than that of fertile line. 70% of Vt in the leaves and the panicles of the CMS line and its maintainer line was inhibited by malonic acid, but only 30% of Vt (apart from that of the panicle of the CMS line, which was 24%) was inhibited by Na_(3)PO_(4).
