采后ABA、GA_(3)对芒果细胞壁降解酶、类胡萝卜素含量的作用

摘要

芒果后熟初期上部和内部PG活性高于下部和外部。后熟期PG活性上升至高峰后下降,PME活性则不断下降。ABA能使PG活性增高,GA_(3)则抑制了PG活性,并推迟了PG活性的高峰期。芒果后熟期#alpha#-胡萝卜素、#beta#-胡萝卜素和叶黄素含量不断升高,GA_(3)能使三者上升速度减缓;ABA则显著加快#beta#-胡萝卜素和叶黄素的上升。讨论了后熟期类胡萝卜素与PG活性的间接关系。

Effects of exogenous ABA,GA_(3) and cell-wall-degrading enzyme activity, carotenoid content in ripening mango fruit

Abstract

The functions of PG and PME activities on postharvest softening of mango fruit and their relationship with the effects of exogenous ABA, GA_(3) and exogenous #beta#-carotene treatment were studied. The PG activities within mango fruit were unevenly distributed, with higher activity in upper and inner mesocarps than in the lower and outer ones. During ripening, PG activity increased significantly, then declined after reaching a maximun, but PME activity decreased gradually throughout the ripening process. Postharvest treatment with ABA caused an increase in PG activity, but GA_(3) treatment postponed the coming of PG activity maximum; neither ABA nor GA_(3) had consistent effect on the change of PME activity during mango ripening. GA_(3) treatment also lowered the rate of carotenoid increases, but ABA accelerated it throughout the ripening period. Postharvest treatment with #beta#-carotene also caused an increase in PG activity in ripening mango fruit, and the relation between color development and PG activity was discussed.
