细胞松弛素B对蚕豆气孔运动的影响

摘要
用细胞松弛素B(CB)处理开放或关闭状态气孔,其开度均不发生变化;CB处理使微丝解聚,气孔运动被抑制;且CB处理后气孔的运动是可以恢复的。实验进一步表明,开放气孔经10 mg/L的CB预处理后,ABA、Ca~(2+)及暗诱导气孔关闭的作用均不同程度地受到抑制,推测微丝可能参与ABA、Ca~(2+)及暗诱导的气孔关闭过程;关闭气孔经10 mg/L的CB预处理后,K~(+)和(或)光诱导气孔开放的作用受到抑制,推测微丝可能参与光及K~(+)诱导的气孔开放过程。

Effects of cytochalasin B on stomatal movement of Vicia faba L.

Abstract
Effects of cytochalasin B (CB) on stomatal opening and closing of Vicia faba were investigated. The apertures of open or closed stomata were not significantly influenced by pretreatment with CB, a specific inhibitor of actin filament polymerization, at 10 mg/L for 50 min. However, stomatal movement was inhibited by CB and the inhibition could be reversed 3 h after CB was removed. Stomatal closure induced by ABA, Ca~(2+), or darkness was inhibited by pretreatment with CB 10 mg/L for 50 min in the light. Stomatal opening induced by K~(+) and light was partially inhibited by pretreatment with CB 10 mg/L for 50 min in the dark. These results suggest that microfilaments may mediate stomatal movement induced by Ca~(2+), ABA, darkness, K~(+) and light.
