小麦返白系返白阶段叶片蛋白质变化与叶绿素含量的关系

摘要

小麦返白系春天出现白色心叶。白叶中有脱辅基蛋白存在,但含量很低。白叶复绿时色素条带中CPⅡ出现先于CPⅠ;叶绿素含量的增加与色素蛋白的出现呈正相关,同时影响蛋白含量,但21、25kD蛋白即使在全白叶中也有较高水平。白叶中Rubisco LS含量极低,而SS仅略有降低。复绿初期蛋白质合成速率随叶绿素含量增加而显著提高,LS也迅速增加。

Relationship between the change of protein and the content of chlorophyll in the leaves of albescent line of wheat during the time when the plants were turning albescent

Abstract

The mutant albescent line of wheat (Triticum aestivum L.cv Aibian No.1)is a special temporarily pigment-deficient mutant.It was found that the level of apoprotein was low in the albescent leaves.When the albescent leaves turned green,CP Ⅱappeared earlier than CPⅠ and the accumulation of chlorophyll seemed to be the prerequisite for the appearance of pigment-protein complexes. In addition, the increase in chlorophyll content showed positive cor-relation with the appearance of pigment-protein complexes,as well the content of proteins with MW 105,65,50,41 and 30 kD,but the content of proteins with 21 and 25kD remained high even in the completely albescent leaves.The SDS-PAGE results indicated that the levels of large subunits of Rubisco were lower than those in normal leaves. In contract,the level of small subunits of Rubisco was only slightly lower. With the increase in chlorophyll, protein synthesis rates increased sharply and the large subunits of Rubisco accumulated very quickly.These events partly resulted from the formation of thylakoid in chloroplast. Proteinase activity rose in albescent leaves, but declined in those turing green again.
