脑室注射白细胞介素1受体拮抗剂对抗束缚应激免疫抑制因子的产生

摘要

脑室注射白细胞介素1受体拮抗剂(IL-1Ra)能抑制束缚应激小鼠血清蛋白的产生, 并 呈量效关系。注射5.0#mu#g IL-1Ra时, 几乎完全对抗此蛋白的产生。脑室注射1pg IL-1#beta#对此蛋白的产生有增强作用; 腹腔注射IL-1#beta#或IL-1Ra, 均无影响, 表 明脑内IL-1在束缚应激血清抑制蛋白的产生过程中起有很重要的作用。

Intracerebroventricular injection of interleukin I receptor antagonist antagonises on the generation of immuno-suppressive fator in restraint mice

Abstract

It was found that intracere broventricular (icv) injection of IL-1 receptor antagonist (IL-1Ra) was found capable of suppressing the production of such a serum protein under restraint stress. Nearly complete suppression could be achieved by 5.0#mu#g IL-1Ra. Intracerebroventricular injection of IL-1#beta# (1pg), however, increased the generation of the supressive protein. Neither intraperitoneal (ip) injection of Il-1Ra or IL-1#beta# had any effect on the generation of the protein. It suggest that IL-1 in brain might act as an important mediator between CNS and the immune system.
