脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇对K~(+)刺激的小麦根质膜ATP酶活性、K~(+)吸收、外渗及再分配的影响

摘要

10~(-8)mol/L的DON毒素加入小麦根质膜制剂中可促进K~(+)刺激的ATP酶活力, 10~(-6)mol/L开始呈抑制效应, 抑制程度随DON浓度加大而提高。根尖(5cm)离体根 段于0.5mmol/L的KCl中, 10~(-8)mol/L的DON能促进根段K~(+)吸收, 10~(-6)mol/L以上浓度则K~(+)吸收呈抑制, 10~(-2)mol/L浓度下根段的净吸收为负值, 表明组织中K~(+)大量外渗。根段置蒸馏水中6h, 4mmol/L的DON即导致根段K~(+)渗漏。用DON处理整株小麦根, 浓度在0.25mmol/L以上可促进K~(+)从植株其它部位向根运输, 而浓度在8mmol/L时即抑制K~(+)向根富集, 且根内K~(+) 明显渗漏。图4表2参18

Effects of deoxynivalenol on activity of K~(+)-stimulated root PM ATPase, and uptake, leakage and allocation of K~(+)in wheat seedlings

Abstract

When Fusarium toxin deoxynivalenol (DON) was added to a concentration of 10~(-8)mol/L into plasmalemma--enriched preparation of wheat root, the K~(+ )--stimulated ATPase activity was increased. However, when the DON concentration was raised to 10~(-6)mol/L, inhibition occurred and its extent increased with the increase of DON concentration. the K~(+)uptake of 5cm segments from root tip was enhanced by 10~(-8)mol/L DON, but lowered by a DON concentration higher than 10~(-6)mol/L. the net uptake was negative in 10~(-2)mol/L DON, implying that K~(+)was leaked from wheat root. K~(+)leakage was observed in wheat root segment treated with 4mmol/L DON. 0.25---6.0mmol/L DON could stimulate K~(+)allocation from、other parts of wheat plant to the part treated with DON. The K~(+)accumulation was inhibited in 8mmol/L DON and root suffered a net loss of K~(+).
