丹皮酚对NG108-15细胞电压门控K~(+), Na~(+), Ca~(2+)流的抑制

摘要
利用克隆系NG108-15细胞在膜片箝全细胞记录(whole-cell recording)下, 观察了丹皮酚(Paeonol, PA)对钾、钠和钙流的作用。结果表明, PA对延迟整流钾电流(I_(k))、钠电流(I_(Na))、T型和L型钙电流(I_(Ca), T; I_(ca), L)均有明显的抑制效应, 作用迅速(1min起效), 呈量-效关系, 有相当好的可逆性。图3参15
