延髓中线区在第四脑室注射乙酰胆碱降低肺动脉压和颈动脉压中的作用

摘要

电解损毁延髓中线区, 可使ACh引起的肺动脉和颈动脉降压反应显著减弱。在延髓闩水平损毁孤束核对这两种降压反应无影响。第四脑室或延髓中线区内, 微量注射5-羟色胺阻断剂赛庚啶或2-溴麦角酰二乙胺均可减弱这两种降压反应, 而注射阿片受体阻断剂纳洛酮则能部分地消除这两种降压反应。图5表1参22
