番茄成熟过程中果皮细胞核孔变化及其与乙烯生成的关系

番茄成熟前和成熟初期, 果皮细胞核孔密度很小, 转色期开始增加, 成熟时达最多。过熟时又减少。成熟过程与乙烯的含量直接有关。图版1图2参14
