大鼠脊髓α_(1)肾上腺素受体参与延髓腹面升压区调控肾交感神经电活动

摘要
向大鼠脊髓下胸段蛛网膜下腔注射6-羟多巴胺预处理后, 刺激延髓腹面升压区(VSMp)诱发肾交感神经电活动(RSNA)的增强被取消, 平均动脉压(MAP)的提升明显被抑制; 蛛网膜下腔注 射苯肾上腺素所诱发的MAP、RSNA增强效应不受影响。结果提示参与介导VSMp下行性兴奋的 脊髓α_(1)肾上腺素受体位于交感节前神经元的突触后。图3表1参7
