摘要
鸡蛋果叶片细胞质丙酮酸激酶(PK_(c))纯化92.6倍, 其最适pH为7.2, 对热较稳定。PEP K_(m)为0.037mmol/L, ADP的K_(m)为0.05mmol/L。Asp、Asn、Cys、α-酮戊二酸和苹果酸均对PK_(c)有轻微的激活作用, 但草酸ATP、CaCl_(2)则具强烈的抑制作用。图5表2参15
