缓激肽抑制麻醉大鼠颈动脉窦压力感受器反射

摘要

在36只隔离灌流左侧颈动脉窦区的麻醉大鼠上观察了缓激肽(BK)对颈动脉窦压力感受器反射的影响。结果表明:BK对大鼠颈动脉窦压力感受器反射有抑制作用,此作用系BK引起血管内皮细胞生成NO所致。

Bradykinin inhibits carotid sinus baroreflex in anesthetized rats

Abstract

The effects of bradykinin (BK) on the carotid baroreflex were examined in 36 anesthetized rats with isolated carotid sinus perfusion. The results indicated that BK may cause vascular endothelium to release NO, thereby inhibiting the carotid baroreflex.
