内皮素对大鼠离体肺动脉的作用及其机制的初步探讨

摘要

内皮素使离体大鼠肺动脉强烈收缩, 这一反应部分依赖于细胞外钙的内流, 与超氧化物阴离子的产生和释放也有关。花生四烯酸代谢、肾上腺素能受体、5-羟色胺受体、胆碱能受体在内皮素的作用过程中可能不起作用。图1表1 参12
