冷适应大鼠脑垂体、下丘脑、脾淋巴细胞和血浆β-内啡肽及其mRNA的变化

摘要

冷暴1wk时, SD雄性大鼠垂体β-内啡肽(β-EP)mRNA明显增加, 从而激活细 胞免疫功能。免 疫中枢下丘脑和淋巴细胞(LC)β-EPmRNA在冷适应建立(冷暴2wk) 时增加。血浆β-EP从冷暴2wk起持续增加, 增强细胞免疫功能。虽然LC和血浆β -EP产物增加, 但垂体β-EP mRNA量从 冷暴2wk起恢复到对照组水平, 很可能是 通过LC-垂体-下丘脑轴, 信息反馈到中枢神经系统 造成的。图7参21
