摘要
采用第三脑室慢性埋管技术和静脉恒速灌注五肽促胃液素(G-5)以诱导稳定的胃酸分泌的方法, 首次发现将微量组胺(0.25—2.0μg)注射到大鼠的第三脑室后, 对G-5诱导的胃酸分泌的双重效应, 并对其作用的受体机制进行了初步分析。图4参13
