头端延髓腹外侧区注射5-羟色胺对应激性高血粘度及血压升高的影响

摘要
大鼠第四脑室注射5-羟色胺(5-HT 25μg/10μl)或在双侧延髓腹外侧区头端(rVLM)微量注射5-HT(4μg/0.5μl/每侧)均可抑制应激性高血粘度和血压升高, 若预先在双侧rVLM微量注射5-HT受体阻断剂肉桂硫胺(4μg/0.5μl/每侧)后再在第四脑室或延髓腹外侧区内注入上述同剂量的5-HT, 则5-HT降低应激性高血粘度和血压升高的作用消失。图5表2参18
