霉菌毒素Dihydroxyaflavinine非竞争性抑制在爪蟾卵母细胞内表达的GABA_(A)受体通道

摘要

将鸡脑mRNA注入爪蟾X. laevis卵母细胞表达得到GABA_(A)受体通道, Dihydroxyaflavinine非竞争性阻断GABA电流反应, 撤药后反应迅速恢复。青霉素对GABA_(A)受体的抑制作用随GABA浓度的升高而增加。浓度高达1μmol/L苯二氮[艹卓]位点配体Ro 15-1788不能阻断10μmol/L dihydroxyaflavinine的作用。Dihydroxyaflavinine类似印防己毒素, 表观上加速GABA_(A)受体的脱敏过程, 而青霉素和荷包牡丹碱与此相反。图4表1参22
