Effect of intracerebroventricular injection of naloxone on vagus-pressor response in rabbits

Abstract
Vagus-pressor response due to stimulation of the central ends of both vagi of the rabbit can be inhibited by intracerebroventricular injection of naloxone. This suggests that endogenous opiate substance may be involved in the response.
