A method for intracellular recording of resting and action potential from the isolated frog single myelinated nerve flber

Abstract

A method of intracellular recording of resting potential and action potential
from the frog single mychnated nerve fiber was described, which consists of the manufacture of microelectrode, the preparation of speciman, the method of nerve stimulation and the device for reducing vibration. The amplitude of the resting and action potential could be relatively stable over a period of 30 min utes.
