Abstract
The result showed that heavy metal stress could inhibit biomass and respiration of mycelia by inhibiting the activities of major enzymes of glucolisis (HK and PFK). However, under relatively low concentration of Zn treatment (Zn 50 mg/L), biomass growth, inspiration and enzyme activities were not significantly changed over the control, that showed S. bovinus has stronger resistance against zinc.
