Fertility of Hamlin sweet orange and rough lemon somatic hybrid

Abstract

The pollen viability, the development and morphogenesis of flower organ, tetradstage during meiosis of allotetraploid citrus somatic hybrid "Hamlin sweet orange (Citrus sinensis)+Rough Lemon (C. jambhiri)" and those of its parent lines were studied.
