NO involvement in mediation of spinal neuron sensitization in morphine-withdrawal rats

Abstract

The effects of nitric oxide (NO) on the activation of spinal cord neurons were studied using immunocytochemistry, intrathecal injetion and antisense oligonucleotides (AS-ONs) techniques in morphine-withdrawal rats.
