Cloning, characterization of cDNA encoding rice aldehyde dehydrogenase, and analysis of its expression in male-sterile lines

Abstract

We also compared the expression of Osaldh between the male-sterile and fertile varieties, the result showed that the transcript level of male-sterile lines was generally higher. The relationship between the expression level of Osaldh and male-sterility was discussed.
