Hydroxyl radicals induce apoptosis of tobacco cells

Abstract

Under the same conditions, other hallmarks of apoptosis including condensation and peripheral distribution of nuclei chromatin, collapse of nuclei and positive reaction to the terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase (TdT)-mediated dUTP nick end labeling (TUNEL) procedure were also detected.
