Effects of paraquat and sodium benzoate on calluses of two maize cultivars with different drought resistance under osmotic stress

Abstract

The effects of paraquat and sodium benzoate on antioxidant system under osmotic stress were studied in calluses tissues of drought-resistant (PAN6043) and drought-sensitive (SC701) cultivars of maize (Zea mays L.).
