Changes of endogenous hormones in postharvest grape after infected with pathogenic fungi
Abstract
The ethylene evolution rate of grape was markedly intensified while the IAA content in grape was decreased, after the grape was treated by exogenous ABA. Postharvest grape berry drop was promoted by exogenous ABA. It was found that ethephon had little affect on the ABA content in grape, but it inhibited the production of IAA and GA_(3). The ABA content and ethylene evolution rate in grape were markedly increased and IAA content was markedly reduced after the grape was infected by fungi.
