The effects of cold-hardening on Rubisco in rice seedling leaves

Abstract

The changes in activity, protein content and character of Rubisco in leaves caused by cold-hardening and chilling stress were studied. Theincrease of cold tolerance by cold-hardening in rice seedlings is associated with the change in Rubisco character.
